The location and rooms are very good. However the mall and hotel are not fully commissioned. There was no running hot water. We had to use heater to get hot water. Rooms are very spacious and staff are very cooperative. Service was very poor as room boy was on leave. No food inside hotel. Makemytrip trip charged 50% more for sun-day booking than saturday.

I stayed one day with family. The hotel was very neat and clean. Staff were very cooperative. Earlier hot water service was not available but now geysers are working good location, clean and new rooms. Very satisfied. Restaurant is still not available but you can order food
